Growalty Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Growalty, subscriptions are managed exclusively through Google Play and App Store. Therefore, any cancellation, modification, or refund request must be made directly from the platform where you activated your subscription.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings in Google Play or App Store.
Cancellation will stop future charges, but does not imply a refund for the period already paid.
You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.
2. Refunds
Growalty does not process refunds directly. You must request them from the corresponding store.
Refunds, if applicable, are made only to the same payment method used in the original purchase.
Refund policies may vary between Google and Apple. We recommend reviewing the specific terms of each store.
3. Transaction Security
All transactions are conducted through certified platforms, with advanced security protocols such as SSL, Verified by Visa, and SecureCode. Growalty does not store or process sensitive card data.
Payments are protected under international PCI DSS standards, ensuring the confidentiality and security of your personal and banking information.
