Growalty End User License Agreement (iOS)
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal contract between you and Growalty for the use of the Growalty mobile application on iOS devices through Apple App Store. By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
1. Scope and Application
This EULA applies specifically to applications distributed through Apple's App Store for iOS devices. The terms herein supplement our general Terms of Service and Subscription Agreement. In case of conflict, the most specific provision shall prevail.
2. iOS App Store Compliance
Important: The following conditions apply to all iOS App Store subscriptions:
- •You acknowledge that this is a licensed application, not a sale. The license is limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable.
- •You agree to comply with Apple's App Store Terms of Service and all applicable iOS usage guidelines.
- •Subscription management, including cancellations and modifications, must be handled exclusively through App Store settings.
3. Subscription Terms
Subscription Periods
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected). You will be charged according to the renewal period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Pricing and Changes
All prices are displayed in your App Store region's local currency. Growalty may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription.
Family Sharing
If you are part of an iCloud Family Sharing group, other family members may have access to your subscription. You are responsible for managing family sharing settings through your Apple ID.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds for iOS App Store subscriptions are governed by Apple's Refund Policy. Growalty does not process refunds directly:
- •You must request refunds directly from Apple through your App Store account or by contacting Apple Support.
- •Apple allows refunds within 14 days of subscription purchase if requested through the standard process. After this period, refunds are at Apple's discretion.
- •Refunds, if granted, are issued to the original payment method. Growalty shall not be responsible for any delays or processing issues related to Apple's refund process.

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this EULA. You may NOT:
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, functionality, design, and technology within the Application are owned by Growalty, its licensors, or content providers. These are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any Growalty trademarks without prior written consent.
The Application and its content are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You acquire no ownership rights beyond the limited license granted by this EULA.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Growalty DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Growalty DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Growalty SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF Growalty HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Growalty and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of this EULA, your use of the Application, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
