2. How We Use Information
2.1 Data Export for Commercial and Marketing Purposes
The Account Administrator ("Owner") may export certain personal data of users associated with their establishment or business (including, as applicable, full name, internal identifiers, purchase history, declared preferences, and contact information) to internal files in XLS, CSV, or other equivalent formats, exclusively for direct marketing purposes, promotional actions, loyalty programs, commercial analysis, or customer segmentation, provided that the user has previously granted express and verifiable consent for the use of their data for commercial or promotional purposes.
Such exports shall be carried out under appropriate security controls and shall only be accessible by authorized personnel. Exported data shall be retained only for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the stated purpose and must be deleted or anonymized thereafter.
Users may revoke their consent for marketing purposes at any time, request the deletion of their data from all exported lists, or exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, or objection by sending a request in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
The processing of personal data for the preparation of exported lists, customer segmentation, or sending commercial communications by the Administrator shall be based exclusively on the express, free, and informed consent granted by the user. The Administrator must ensure that such consent is obtained before using personal data for marketing purposes.

We do not sell your personal information under any circumstances.
5. International Transfers
Growalty operates from the United States. By using the service, you agree that your information may be transferred, processed, and stored in the US and other countries where our providers operate, including Google Cloud and Vercel, whose data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

We implement technical, physical, and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, so we recommend not sharing unnecessary sensitive data.
In case of data export to downloadable formats (including, but not limited to, XLS or CSV), the Administrator shall be responsible for ensuring the protection, secure storage, restricted access, and definitive deletion of such files once the processing purpose has been fulfilled.

We retain your data while your account is active and for as long as necessary to fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
